Bread is a large part of the village’s daily diet. Currently, villagers need to travel about 30 to 45 minutes to purchase it from neighboring towns. There is no bakery within Shigamani, and the idea of having fresh bread available daily will be significant for them. At the same time, we are providing people within the village with jobs, eliminating the need for them to seek employment outside Shigamani.

Entrepreneurship is a mindset we are cultivating here, as businesses in this area are typically not owned by individuals within the villages. By empowering the local people, we help them realize their potential and achieve self-sustainability.

We are nearing the completion of building the new businesses while simultaneously training local people to manage them. Your financial involvement will secure the startup bakery equipment needed and help transform the future generations of Shigamani Village.
